Refund policy

Unused physical products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Digital items, used items, or items past 30 days are not eligible for return.

In the event of a return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Prairie & Pine Curriculum. For cost savings, we recommend using Media Mail. Please note that a $5.99 restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases where the return is the result of our error.
